John Abeyagunawardena

I was born in England and came to the U.S. in my mid-20s. I have been a full-time Realtor since 2009. I live in Somerset NJ and my office is in Hillsborough. I have been told by clients that they most appreciate my responsiveness. I always respond to texts and email immediately, even if I cannot address the question right away, you will at least know that I am working to get an answer. Time is so valuable these days and we all want to know that we are being serviced properly by the people we hire to work for us.

GENERAL AREA:
I cover Somerset, Hunterdon, Middlesex and Mercer counties primarily, but due to my relocation
business and referrals, I find myself all over the state.

I am a Berkshire Hathaway relocation specialist; I regularly attain President's Level
sales awards and have received many NJ Circle of Excellence sales accolades. I have
a Business Studies degree with Honors from the Swansea Metropolitan
University, Wales UK.

SPECIALTY MARKETS:
Central Jersey is a huge IT and Pharmaceutical hub and as
such attracts a variety of buyers in all price ranges. From
Bridgewater to Princeton there are a wide variety of homes
to meet the needs of these varied buyers.
